Aesthetic tooth reconstruction (dentures) or prosthetics involves replacing partially lost tooth substance or entire teeth.

Modern prosthetic dentistry can restore natural function and aesthetics. With crowns and bridges, the so-called fixed dentures, destroyed or completely missing teeth can be practically replaced without the construction being noticeable.

This enables perfect function, natural aesthetics, longevity and a pleasant tooth feeling. Depending on your needs, metal alloys, tooth-colored plastics and ceramics are used. The result for the patient is a natural-looking denture that ideally cannot be distinguished from the natural teeth and contributes to the patient’s self-confidence.

Reconstructive dentistry is divided into several categories.

Fixed dentures:

Partial crowns, full crowns, supported by natural teeth or implants: all-ceramic crowns, electroplated crowns, CAD/CAM dentures, veneers (facets). Bridges: Adhesive bridge (glue bridge), split bridge, ceramic veneer bridge, plastic veneer bridge, superstructure on implants, zirconium oxide dentures, electroplated bridges, CAD/CAM dentures.

The dental prostheses:

Partial prostheses in which a distinction is made between interlocking prostheses (replacement between natural teeth) and free-end prostheses (only limited on one side by natural teeth): model cast prosthesis, immediate prosthesis (immediate prosthesis).

Complete dentures (Full dentures):

to replace all teeth in a jaw.

Combined fixed-removable dentures: Telescopic restorations: Removable bridges or partial dentures are anchored with telescopic double crowns – restorations with anchors, bars and attachments.
